Ingredients

  1. 250 mlLeftover Marrons Glacés Syrup
  2. 250 mlMilk
  3. 50 gSalted Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and gently simmer down on medium to low heat.

    When it's reduced and thickened, drop a spoonful of the hot caramel into a cup of ice water. Mold the caramel with your fingers into a ball and if it feels pretty firm and pliable, it is done.

    Carefully pour the caramel out on to a lined tin and let it cool completely before cutting it into preferred size pieces.
