Ingredients

20 minutes plus resting time

1 jar

2red onions
2-4habanero peppers
Crushed dried oregano, to taste
1 cupsour orange juice (about 240 ml)
1/4 cupwhite vinegar (about 60 ml)
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper (not powdered), to taste

Thinly slice the onions and habanero peppers.

Place them in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes or until the onions become translucent.
