Ingredients

  • 300 gchicken strips
  • 1and half tsp salt,1tbsp ginger garlic
  • 1 tbspmustard paste
  • 2 tspchilli sauce
  • 1and half tsp vinegar
  • 2eggs
  • 3 tbspcornflour
  • 250 groll Patti in strips

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients except for the egg and cornflour

  2. 2

    Wrap the chicken with roll Patti

  3. 3

    Now in a bowl mix egg and cornflour and dip the chicken in the batter
