Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa
  2. 1/2 cuppeas
  3. 10-12cashews
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteBlack pepper
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 8-10curry leaves
  9. 1small onion chopped
  10. 1dry red chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Take a heavy bottom pan add 1 tbsp ghee. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter

    Now add curry leaves and dry red chilli

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion and sauté till they turn pink.

  4. 4

    Add peas and cover the pan for cooking

  5. 5

    Heat 3 cups water and let it boil

  6. 6

    Dry roast rawa in a separate pan for just 1-2 minutes. Don’t brown it.

    When water is boiled add it in the pan and add salt and pepper too.

  8. 8

    Now slowly add roasted rawa but keep stirring continuously. Rawa will absorb the water and will comr like a mass together.

    Just before it absorbs whole water add the remaining 1 tbsp ghee and switch off the flame

    Cover the pan for two minutes and then serve hot upma.
