Ingredients

  1. 1boiled aloo(for two paranthas)
  2. as neededWheat flour dough
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspChopped Coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 tspajwain(slightly crushed)
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 1green chilli (finely chopped)
  8. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  10. 1/2 tspamchoor powder
  11. as neededGhee for tawa frying,

Cooking Instructions

    Take a boiled aloo and mash it. Now mix all the Masalas and Coriander leaves too. Add free chilli if using. Mix everything well with hands

    Pinch little dough from wheat flour dough and make a ball slightly bigger than what is used for making the chatpati. Roll a bit and apply ghee

  3. 3

    Place the filling in the middle and cover it holding the edges. Pat slightly and roll big with the rolling pin.

    Place it on hot tawa and flip when one side is slightly cooked

  5. 5

    Apply ghee and let both the sides cook

  6. 6

    Once done remove in a plate and serve hot parantha with butter or pickle
