  • 1/2 kggoat meat
  • 2riped tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 3 tbsoil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Prepare all your ingredients

    Wash your meat and boil it till it is soft and dry

  3. 3

    Add oil and diced onions till it becames golden brown

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and cook well

  5. 5

    Serve with the vegetables of your choice I used spinach yummmy
