Fenugreek seeds have many properties, but when fenugreek laddus are eaten in winters, they work as a medicine. In winter, if there is any pain in joints, suffering from arthritis or after you reach 40-45 years of age, To maintain bone strength fenugreek laddus should be consumed in winter. Every morning a laddu of fenugreek should be consumed.
