Paneer Paratha
Steps

Take all the ingredients mentioned under stuffing and put them in a chopper.

Finely chop everything. Do not make a paste.

Take the chapati dough and divide it into equal parts.

Roll the dough a little, fill the filling, seal and roll again to form a paratha.

Heat a griddle and pan-fry the paratha on both sides till they turn golden and crisp. Apply pure ghee on both the side
- 6
Serve hot with curd and chutney.
