  1. 11/2Orange Juice
  2. 1 cupCornflour
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1/4 tbscaradmom power
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 3 tbspghee
  8. 1/4orange zest
  9. 1pitch orange food colour it optional
  10. 8 slicespista and Chocalate for outline
  11. 1 tbspcoconut burada

    Cut the oranges and squeeze the orange juice with the help of a  squeezer or a juicer. Remove the seeds and the skins.

    In a bowl, add the squeezed fresh orange juice and cornflour and stir well and make sure there are no lumps.

    In a pan or heavy-bottomed pan, add the sugar and water.

    Stir it well and bring it to boil.
    Add lemon juice to the sugar syrup.

    Add previously prepared orange cornflour mixture to the sugar syrup. Add a pinch of orange colour and some chopped almonds.

    Grate orange zest to get a good flavor. Stir constantly over a medium flame and allow it to thicken.

    Add the cardamom powder.
    Add the ghee when it completely thickens and continues to mix it turns glossy.

    Transfer it to a tray or a mould which is greased with ghee.
    Level it evenly and decorate with slice almonds chocolate liquid some almonds and coconut burada

    Allow to cool it for 10 -15 minutes and cut the halwa into desired shapes and celebrate cookpad turn 3
