Steps

Soak channe in the water for over night make the paste of ginger garlic onion and tomato.

Take a wok heat oil add cumin seeds and crackle it.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for2 min.

Add onion and tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes add all spices and mix it well.

Add boiled chane and required water cook for 10 minutes.

White chana is ready to serve.
