Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgPalak (spinach)
  2. 250 gmpaneer
  3. 2-3onions
  4. 3-4tomatoes
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. Salt per taste
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspany paneer masala (i had used Everest paneer masala)optinal
  9. 1 tspcorinder powder
  10. 1/2spoon haldi(turmeric powder)
  11. 1 tspmixed dry fruit (optinal)
  12. Oil required for cooking and frying
  13. 2-3 tspcornflour
  14. 2-3boiled poatoes
  15. 2-3 tspcream or malai
  16. Water as required for gravy
  17. 2 tspginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the palak and make a puree of it take in bowl boiled potatoes,grate paneer and palak mix all salt,red chilli pow with cornflour

    Then make bowls of palak kofta and in middle of kofta stuffed grated paneer u can also add chopped dry fruits roll it and then fry the kofta

    For gravy take onions, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes grind it and in add oil with grind masala and all dry masalas cook it nicely as the gravy start leaving oil then add cream and cook for while then add water as required for gravy

    Add palak paneer kofta in gravy and granish it with kasturi methi or corinder leaves
