Ingredients

40 minutes
12 people
  1. 11/2- cups sugar
  2. 1/2-Brown sugar
  3. 1-lg. can, pineapple; (drained)
  4. 3-slices of bread; (cubed)
  5. 3-beatened eggs
  6. 1-tbsp. Cinnamon
  7. 1/4-cup 2% milk; (or whole milk)
  8. 1/4-cup real butter; (melted)
  9. 1-tbsp. powder sugar
  10. sprinkled cinnamon

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl; mix together the first 7 ingredients.

  3. 3

    Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a small sauce pan; then pour melted butter into baking dish.

  4. 4

    Pour pineapple mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with.cinnamon and powder sugar.

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

  6. 6

    Remove and cool before serving....
