My son likes this recipe. When he comes for summer holidays, he often asks me to make it. Here is the recipe. Hope you like it
Cooking Instructions

First you have make the aloo masala to be used as stuff. Peel the potato and cut into pieces. Add it into pressure cooker and boil for 3-4 whistles

Once the pressure comes down, remove the potato from cooker. Mash the potatoes to get a mixture.

In a frying pan, add 2 tbpsn oil. Add cummin seeds, mustard and urad dal. Saute it well

Add first onion. Mix it well. Add tomato. Saute it well for 5 minutes.

Now add chilli, garam masala and mix it well. Add oil if required. Add coriander leaves. Mix it well. Keep it on low simmer for 5 minutes and remove it

Now we have to prepare bread roll. First take off the edges of the bread. Dip each bread piece into water one by one. Drain the water by pressing it. Now add aloo stuff and make rolls out of it in cylindrical shape. Keep all the rolls ready.

Now deep fry each roll on low flame

Serve it hot with sauce.
