Steps

Soak basmati rice for 10 minutes Wash de-vein prawns.keep ready the onion tomato ginger garlic paste. Make masala add prawns to cook.

Stir fry prawns and potatoes mix well for 5minutes. Now add washed rice and water half cup less than required.

Now put tava and keep pulao pot on it Add some ghee from sides covering keep for 5 -10 on low flame.

Serve hot now garnish with green chilli on side serve as it is or can use khaate mithe pickles.

My tip,Please heat oil splutter whole spices add onion tomatoes ginger garlic paste and salt mix well add prawns and potatoes cut,also powder spices and do a gud stir fry 2 minutes add some water cover cook.
