Steps

In bowl add all masala of gatte(except water and clarified butter) mix well. Now add clarified butter and mix till crumbly texture.

Now add little water and knead, again add little water and knead. Proceed the same till soft dough form.

Divide dough into five equal parts and roll it into cylinder shape.

Boil 2 cups water in pan add gatta one by one, cover lid and cook for 2 minutes, remove lid gently stir once again cover lid and cook for 6-7 minutes(Bubble will form on gatta means it's done)

Now remove from water and cut into small pieces add put it again into same boiled water. Keep aside.

In bowl add all ingredients of curd mixture and mix well. Keep aside

Heat clarified butter in pan add garlic saute for 1 minute add cumin seed when splutter add chilli and onion saute till light brown.

Now add curd mixture and saute till clarified butter is released.

Now add gatta with water stir and cook for 4-5 minutes add coriander leaves cook for 1 minute. Ready to serve.
