Take a bowl, mix maida flour and water. Then add the egg and beat nicely. Apply very little oil on the non stick tawa and then start pouring the liquid mixture as shown in the picture.

Cook it until you see the golden colour on one side then turn it over carefully. Take it out once it’s crispy and golden. Apply little ghee on it and sprinkle some sugar. Yummy puras are ready
