Steps

Mix all chop vegs.,onion,imli pulp, spices.

Put sticks In the pan.

Take roties one by one and spread 1Tbs of ghee. Spread mix vegs on it.

Set all roties in the pan.

Put water from sides of pan. Water cover all roties.

Put pan at medium flame. Cover it. Stir 2 or 3 times.

Approx 10 to 15 minutes, water dries. Off the flame.

Remove sticks.serve hot.
