Steps

Take A pressure cooker an put the soaked daal add two glasses water and bring to boil. Turn.off the flame and drain this water which has white foamy layer. Now add water, salt, finely chopped green chilli and turmeric powder. Cover with lid and cook upto 3-4 whistles.

Now take A deep vessel and cook the plain rice steamed or with oil as per your choice.

Now with the help of A blender blend the cooked daal and.add glass of water. Again put it on flame and bring it to boil.

Now take a small pan and heat 2-3 spoon oil for tadka. Finely chop the fresh garlic and coriander. Put some mustard seeds, asofeotida, red chilli powder, curry leaves and white portion of fresh garlic, one by one.. let it simmer and then add the finely.chopped or puree of tomatoes.

Let it cook on low flame. Sprinkle some salt, fresh garlic green portion and coriander leaves. Mix well and pour this tadka into dal.

Mix well. Turn off the flame. Check the seasoning. And serve hot with plain rice.
