In a bowl mix the maida, salt, garlic powder, oil and baking powder. Mix yeast with powdered sugar and little warm water and let it bloom for 15 minutes. Mix this to the flour. Add warm water little by little and knead to get a soft dough. Cover and let it ferment for 60 minutes.

For the filling, heat butter in a pan and add the onion, ginger and green chillies. Saute till onions are translucent. Then add the salt, pepper and garam masala powder. Mix well. Add the maida and roast for a few minutes till the raw smell goes away. Add the chicken stock and milk and mix till you get a smooth consistency.

Now add the shredded chicken and the vegetables. Mix well. Simmer for a few minutes. Switch off flame add let it cool.

Divide the dough into 12 balls. Roll out each balm into oblong shape. Place the chicken filling in the centre. Make 6 to 7 slant cuts on both the sides of the rolled out dough and cross them over the filling to get a braid like pattern. *See pic*. Brush them with some milk and sprinkle sesame seeds all over.

Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake the bread for 20 minutes. Remove and brush some butter and Enjoy with some dip.

For the dip. Chop the boiled potatoes. Take all the ingredients mentioned under the dip along with the boiled potatoes in a mixer jar and blend till you get a smooth sauce.
