First of all wash and clean peas and add half cup of water in pan and add peas. Cover the pan and cook the peas Almost for 5 to 10 mins on law flame. Let the peas come on room temperature.

Take out the peas in bowl. Add all the powder masalas mentioned above in ingredient list and mash the peas. Add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour and mix well. Form like a dough. Make small balls from the mixture.

Take whole wheat flour. Add some salt and ghee. Adding a little water at a time, knead a stiff dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes. Knead again and make small balls from it.

Roll the paratha and add some filling and roll again.

Now roast the parathas on tawa on medium flame applying some oil on both sides. Serve hot.
