Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupwashed finely chopped spring onion
  • As neededVegetable oil for roasting
  • Dry spices
  • 1 tbspsesame and carom seeds
  • 1/4 tbspchillie powder
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add wheat flour, spring onion, oil and all dry spices and make a soft dough by adding water.

    Keep a pan on medium flame and roll chapati. Roast by putting oil from both the sides till cooked.

  3. 3

    The spring onion paratha is ready, serve hot with any pickle.
