  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupwashed finely chopped spring onion
  3. As neededVegetable oil for roasting
  4. Dry spices
  5. 1 tbspsesame and carom seeds
  6. 1/4 tbspchillie powder
  7. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add wheat flour, spring onion, oil and all dry spices and make a soft dough by adding water.

    Keep a pan on medium flame and roll chapati. Roast by putting oil from both the sides till cooked.

  3. 3

    The spring onion paratha is ready, serve hot with any pickle.
