Heat ghee into pan on medium flame fry cashewnuts till it's colour is light golden.take it out from the oil than using the same pan add grated carrot and fry and cook for 4-5 min.

Now add grated coconut and fry till the ghee release their oil into pan.take it out from the pan.than using the same pan and boil sugar and water.

Boil it till it's one string consistency.than add fried carrot..mix it well till it absorbed all the moisture.than add fried cashewnuts combine it well.

Now add milk powder combine it well and fry for 1-2 min.switch off the flame.Grease the deep container with melted ghee and keep carrots mixture spread Evenly set it for 15-20min.

Now cut it with the help of knife in square shape.now garnish it with finely chopped pistachio and almonds.and serve it as a sweet dessert.
