Ingredients

  • 250 gmpaneer
  • 2onion cut into cubes
  • 2capsicum cut into cubes
  • 2tomato cut into cubes
  • As neededcoriander leaves chopped
  • To tastelime juice
  • For the marinade
  • 2 tbspmustard oil
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tspdry coriander powder
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspkasuri methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients under marinade into a bowl and add paneer to it. Toss the paneer in the marinade till the cubes are coated well. Cover and set aside for at least one hour.

    After that take a skewer and arrange paneer, onion and peppers on a skewer, alternating with each other.

  3. 3

    Make all skewers similarly. Meanwhile pre-heat oven to 450 F degrees. Make sure you pre-heat the oven for good 15-20 minutes.

    Bake at 450 F degrees for 10 minutes and then turn on the broil. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until paneer pieces look little charred.

  5. 5

    Remove from oven, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle chaat masala and serve with cilantro mint chutney.
