Soak peas for 4-5 hours and pressure cook for 2 whistle.

Heat 1 tbs oil in pan add onions and saute till light brown. Add garlic saute for 1 minute at low flame.
Drag onion and garlic aside add 1 tbs oil add red chillies, coriander seeds, peppercorns and cloves. Saute for 1 minute. - 3
Now add coconut again saute till it's change colour. Add fennel seeds mix every thing and saute for 1 minute.

Let it cool add turmeric powder, tamarind and ½ cup of water and churn it to fine paste.

Heat pan at low flame add paste and saute for 5 minutes now add boiled peas and salt mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Serve with bread.
