Dry roast the peanuts and once cool, remove the skin

Now in a deep kadhai, add Jaggery, 1/4 cup water and ghee and let it melt.

Now after 2-3 minutes, take some water in a bowl and put a drop of melted jaggery. Let it cool. Now check if the drop in water is breaking or strechy. If it is strechy, you need to cook jaggery more. Check again after a while. If it breaks, it is ready.

Add peanuts and mix well.

Now transfer the mixture to a Greased plate and let it cool a bit. When it is not completely cool, make the cut marks with a knife. This way it will be easy to break once completely cool.
