In a large bowl combine maida, rice flour, suji, jeera, hing, salt and ghee mix well

Add the chopped coriander leaves,curry leaves, chillies and chopped onion knead into a smooth stiff dough using little water at a time. Rest the dough for 15 mins covered

Divide the dough into 14 to 15 small balls. Heat oil in a kadai

Take a plastic sheet little apply oil and flatten the ball with your fingers into small rounds 3 to 4 inch in diameter

Fry them in hot oil till light golden brown in colour on both sides
