    એક તપેલામા પાણી નાખી અને તેમા મરી ને મીઠૂ નાખવા.

    પછી અેક કપ છાશ નાખવી.અને પાણી ઉકાડવૂ.

    પાણી ઉકડે અેટલે લોટ નાખીને ધીમા તાપે હલાવવૂ, એટલે ખીચૂ તૈયાર થઈ જશે
