Wash your white rice until the water is clear.

Soak in water for 2-3 hours

Slice your onions to it and Grind with water until its very soft

Add yeast and mix, cover in a warm place to stay for 5 hours

When it raise, mix well to make a medium consistent mixture like that of pancake (add water if it's too thick)

Add baking powder and cook in its pan each side for 2 mins

Serve while hot with pepper soup,vegetable soup, stew or pepper.
