To make red chilli paste-

Soak 5 to 8 red chillies overnight in water use it the next day.

Then take a mixer jar put the soak chilli and ginger and cumin and blend it.

The paste is ready keep it aside.

Take a griddle add butter and oil ( oil needs to added because the butter should not get heated if not the rice I'll become brown

Once it is heated add cumin after the cumin starts spluttering then add red chilli paste and give a proper mix.

Then add all the chopped veggies and mix it well then add salt, red chilli powder.

Once the veggies are cooked (don't overcook the veggies) slowly spoon by spoon add the rice (don't add at once because the rice might break and become sticky) and mix it.

Once the rice is properly mixed add butter and pav bhaji masala and lemon juice and give a proper mix

Garnish it with cheese and coriander.
