Heat tawa melt butter add chopped onion fry little brown add potatoes and add all the dry masala hing & salt. Now mix potato properly. So that masala mix properly with the potatoes. Add green chillies turn off flame, keep aside in room temperature now add chopped coriander leaves.

Make soft dough with salt & oil.Take small ball of the dough make small katori with help of fingers put stuffing close the katori with small small fold. Now make paratha as above photo with dry atta & help of rolling pin.

Heat tawa keep this paratha fry both the sides with oil. Fry little brown & crisp. Ready aloo paratha 😋
