Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gmspinach
  2. 6-7medium size tomatoes
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  6. 1.5 inchpiece of ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and drain spinach leaves and add them in a pressure cooker.

    Cut the tomatoes and add them to the cooker along with 1/4 cup of water.

    Add some chopped ginger, salt and black pepper powder.

  4. 4

    Close the lid of pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 minutes till you get 1 whistle.

    Let the mixture cool down. Then grind with a hand blender.

    Pass the mixture through a strainer to filter out any rind.

    Add the soup to a pan along with 2 cups water.

    Add some roasted cumin powder.bring the soup to a boil and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Tomatoes spinach soup is ready.Serve it.
