Dissolve yeast in warm water mixed with sugar and salt. Once frothed up make a dough with maida and apply oil and keep aside for an hour to double

After an hour or so Punch the air out of the dough

Take a little portion of dough and fill with pizza toppings-mozzarella cheese, onions chopped, capsicum chopped, olives and little corn.

Place each dough ball in muffin tray for second rise so that it takes shape of a muffin nicely.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 mins.

Brush with a mixture of milk and butter to get a shine on the top.

Enjoy hot pizza muffin. This can be given in the tiffin too
