Take semolina in a bowl now add buttermilk and salt then mix well.

Keep this batter at hot place for 2 hours.

Now add spinach puree.

Add baking soda and oil.

Add lukewarm water and mix well.

Now take grated paneer and add ginger salt and lemon juice in it and then make a ball.

Now take idli Pot and grease it with the oil.

Pour little batter and keep one ball of paneer on batter and then cover it with idli batter.

Cook it for 10 -12 on medium flame and after that bring it out and let the idli to be cool.

Palak paneer idli is ready to eat serve it with tomato sauce.
