Ingredients

4 servings
  1. as requireddosa batter
  2. Forwhite sauce noodles-
  3. 1 cupGrated cheese
  4. 2 packetsmaggi or yippee noodles with it's masala
  5. 1 tbspMaida(all purpose flour)
  6. 3 tbspButter
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 2 cupsMilk
  9. Formasala-
  10. 4Onions medium sized
  11. 4Tomatoes, medium sized
  12. 2 tbspKasthuri methi
  13. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  14. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  17. as requiredcoriander leaves
  18. 1/2 tspChilli powder (adjust as per your taste)
  19. 2 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the noodles separately and keep aside
    For making white sauce noodles, take a pan, add butter and once it melts add maida and saute until mixture turns golden brown.

    Now add milk, salt and give it a stir. Once it boils keep the flame minimum and add grated cheese, allow it to melt and then add boiled noodles and it's masala.

    Give it a stir and keep for 3mins at low flame. Then keep it aside
    For the masala, Grind onions and tomatoes into a fine paste.

    Now add ghee in a pan+ground puree+ ginger garlic paste+ salt+ spice powders. Wait until all water evaporates and ghee should leave on the sides making the masala thick...Now add some kasturi methi and fresh coriander leaves.

    Making of dosa: Make dosa by pouring the batter and while it cooks on one side close it with lid and allow it to cook on the top Once done spread the masala, then add the noodles and roll it Cut into pieces and serve(optional)

    NOTE: Please use maggie or yippie or any other masala noodles and not the plain one available in the market
