Ingredients

6-8 minutes
15 yeilds
  • 1 cupground nuts
  • 1 cupwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 cupjaggery
  • 1/2 tspghee (optional)

  1. 1

    Take the ingredients. Roast the groundnuts till crispy. Roast the sesame with ghee.

    Cool the ingredients. Grind coarsely in a mixer grinder.

    Take out in a bowl. Make small size balls(ladoo). Eat 1 ladoo every morning in the winter season to be healthy.
