Wash the ribs with salt, drain, then marinate with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, chopped onion and garlic, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Then fry until crispy.

Cut the pineapple and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Stir-fry briefly.

Sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1/2 tablespoon chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Adjust to taste.

Add the sauce to a pan and heat, then add the fried ribs and stir well to coat with the sauce. Finally, add the pineapple and bell pepper and stir well.
