Puran poli with katachi amati

Cooking Instructions

Soak chana dal for 1 hour and then boil, keep more water for boiling after cook the dal remove all water in another bowl now add chopped jaggery and stir it continuously till the batter get soft and jaggery get melt for all this process keep flame slow. When you switch off the gas add cardamom and nutmeg powder.

Now we make amati as in spicy dal- Take dry Coconut crushed or chopped garlic without water make a paste, put oil in vessel and add rai, jeera, 2-3 garlic and add chopped onion after turning pinkish colour onion add tomato after cook tomato add 1 tbsp red spice, salt, 1tbsp sambhar masala 1/2 tbsp fried rice masala and last add that coconut garlic paste add little bit water, cook for 10 minutes in slow flame and then add that chana dal water cook for 20 to 25 mins.

Make wheat flour dough-Take small dough to make roti...make small roti and then add chana dal puran and close the dough and now make big roti like paratha with help of rice flour and roast in pan add pure desi ghee for roasting
