  10. 10

Cook until the mixture thickens and starts to separate from the pan.

  11. 11

The mixture will start to hold the shape. cool the mixture slightly and transfer the mixture to the mixi.

  12. 12

Also, add ¼ tsp jaiphal powder and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.

Now place a sieve in a large bowl, transfer the prepared mixture.

  16. 16

Now mix and form a dough. puran is ready.

  17. 17

Boil spinach leaves and carrot with a pinch of salt in water for about 10-15 mins.

  24. 24

After that take pinch a ball sized dough and flatten well.
also, pinch a ball sized puran (chana dal stuffing)

  25. 25

Place the puran in center of dough.
stuff the puran and pinch off the excess dough securing tight.

  26. 26

Furthermore, dust the ball with wheat flour and flatten with hand.
roll in one direction making sure the puran poli is thin.

  27. 27

Now put the rolled puran poli over hot tawa.
allow roasting on medium flame until it puffs up.
