Cooking Instructions

First make soft dough of wheat flour.apply oil on it and rest it for half an hour

Take a pan add 1 tspoon of ghee and roast semolina to light brown colour.it takes five to seven minutes

Take out semolina in a plate.let it cool.add water to the same pan(proportion wise)add Jaggery to it allow Jaggery to melt.when it starts boiling add semolina to it

Add nutmeg and cardomom powder to it. Let it cook.rest for 10 mins t

Take out semolina in big bowl and Knead soft dough semolina.take small portion of wheat flour flat it stuff semolina mixture in it. With a soft hand roll chapati.roast it and sreve hot.

Serve with ghee
