Cooking Instructions

Soak Chana dal over night. Put it in the cooker, add 1 tbsp ghee and boil till 4 whistles.

Add the Jaggery and cover with lid. let the Jaggery melt in the heat. Start the gas and start pressing the Dal with the back of the spatula.

Run the spatula all around to smash the day. add elachi powder.Make 7 to 8 medium pedas of the puran

Take a medium size dough ball. roll it and add 1 piranha pedals. Seal it completely and remove excess dough

Roll the dough. Roll till u see the transparent later of the puran from within.

Put the poli on Hot griddle and cook it. turn and apply ghee. The poli will fluff up.cook on both sides applying ghee

Enjoy with fresh cream
