Ingredients

  1. 2 cupstuvar dal
  2. 1 cupjaggery(you can adjust it according to your liking)
  3. 2 cupswheat flour
  4. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pressure cook tuver dal till it's mushy then add crushed jaggery and cook till all moisture evaporates and thick paste type is formed. Cool it.

    Prepare dough and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Roll out chapati put dal in centre and again roll it in chapati. Shallow fry and serve after applying ghee on it.
