Ingredients

  • 2/3 cupmaida
  • 1 1/2 cupMilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 pinchElaichi powder (Cardamom powder)
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2water
  • 2 dropsyellow food colour
  • Almonds & Pistachio chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In frying pan,add sugar and water,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.

  2. 2

    In bowl,add lukewarm milk,sugar and whisk well.

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder,gradually add all-purpose flour and whisk until well combined.

  4. 4

    Add eggs and whisk again.

  5. 5

    Add yellow food colour and whisk well,cover and rest it for 30 Mins.

  6. 6

    Add baking soda and whisk again.

  7. 7

    In frying pan,add cooking oil and pour prepared batter (approx. ½ cup) and fry from both sides until golden brown.

  8. 8

    In sugar syrup,add prepared malpuras and soak for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with cream,almonds and pistachios & serve!
