In a mixing bowl add chick peas, gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, fresh coriander leaves, Baking soda, chaat masala, salt and little water and mix well all together.

Meanwhile Heat Oil in a non-stick pan.

Make small balls of the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil till half crispy, then remove the extra oil on an absorbent paper.

Reheat the oil and deep fry the chick peas till golden to make it more crispy... Remove the extra oil by absorbing it on an absorbent paper

Sprinkle some chaat masala and red chilli powder.

Transfer it into a serving bowl
