Boil the chiles.

Once softened, blend them with the spices, orange juice, pineapple, vinegar, onion, garlic, and achiote paste.

Place the pork in a container and pour the blended mixture over it (strain the mixture and add salt).

Marinate for about 3 hours.

Heat oil in a skillet and add the pork, cut into small cubes (or chop after cooking). You can also grill the meat if you prefer.

Once cooked, serve.
