.At first in a large kadai heat ghee and rost besan, on low flame.

Stir continuously till, the mixture turns golden brown indicating the besan has cooked completely. keep aside.

Now in another pan take 1 cup sugar and 2 cup water.
dissolve sugar completely and boil for 7,8 minutes.

Make 1 string consistency of sugar syrup.

Now transfer the prepared sugar syrup over besan mixture.

Stir well making sure the sugar syrup mixed uniformly and thickens.add cardamom powder and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased plate
Tap the pan to get rid of excess air. Sprinkle rose patel on top. - 8
Now Let the burfi set for 1 hour and then cut into pieces.

You can Store besan burfi at room temperature for 10,15 days.
