  • 1 inchka tukra adrak ka
  • 6joye lehsun ke
  • 1 tblspn taza pisi kali mirch
  • 1 tblspn chicken powder
  • 1tea spn namak ya apne taste ke mutabiq
  • HalfTea spn haldi

Steps

  1. 1

    Chicken Main pani adrak lehsun namak 1 tea spn taza pisi kali mirch dal kar obal ane par slow flam par 3 to 4 hours dhak kar pkaen.

    Jab yukhni achi si ban jae to chicken powder add karden or garam garam serve krte wqt 1 tea spn upar se taza pisi kali mirch sprinkle krden.
