Ingredients

  1. 3-4Soya chaap sticks
  2. 1 cuphung curd
  3. 3 tspGram flour(roasted)
  4. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 1 tspKasoori Methi
  6. 2 tspOil/butter
  7. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. to tasteChaat Masala

Cooking Instructions

    Dip Chaap sticks in salted boiled water for 10 min.Let it get dry.Roast for 4-5 min.Then cut into pieces.Take hung curd in a bowl and mix roasted gram flour in it

    Mix Kashmiri red chilli powder,kasuri methi,pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt and oil.Mix well

    Mix everything together so that the marination sticks well with chaap chunks.

    Refrigerate it for atleast an hour.Now screw chaap chunks in scewers and place on baking tray.Keep these in a preheated oven and grill for 15 min at 200 degrees temperature.Check and turn other side and apply butter.Grill for another 10 minutes.

    Crispy chaap ready.Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
