Cut soya chap into pieces after removing from sticks. Shallow fry on low- med flame till golden brown. Approx time 5-10 min(don't fry on high flame- it will become crispy and will not absorb gravy)

Remove chap from kadai and keep aside.. Marinate soya chap with ingredients mention in marination and leave for 20 mins.
Slice onions and fry in the same pan used for frying soya chap with the leftover oil.Fry till golden brown on med flame as shown in pic Grind onion with little water to make fine paste. - 3
Take oil and add whole spices - cardamon, clove,cinnamon.fry well grind tomatoes,ginger garlic and chilli.. Fry with whole spices and add salt.Fry till lots of bubbles appears in tomatoes gravy Add dry spices. Fry properly more than regular time approx3-4 minutes

Add soya chaap fry 5 -10 minutes add water and let boil Add kasuri methi and garam masala Boil and cover kadai Cook on low flame till 5-10 min. Ready to eat..enjoy with hot Chapattis.
