Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupmasoor dal
  • 2 tablespoonbutter
  • 1/2 cuppaneer
  • 3red tomatoes
  • 1/2cumin seeds
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1dry chilli
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 pinchasafotedia
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 spoonchopped coriander
  • 1/2 spoonlemon juice

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    First wash dal and soap for 30 minutes then cut tomatoes in it and Eid steam for 10 minutes in cooker with 4-5 vessels.then take up and take butter and heat it now at jeera red chilli green chilli bay leaves curry leaves, Hing, chopped onion garlic and saute.

    Now add red chilli powder garam masala and add boiled Dal now add little water and mix well. Now add salt and put a lid on it. When balveer ready then add paneer cubes and steel well and hot serve with jeera rice.
