Wash and put all dals in a pressure cooker.Add salr,turmeric and 4 cups water.Bring to a boil.Add shredded spinach.

Cover and close the lid.Cook on high flame till 1 whistle.Lower the flame to medoum and cook for 4-5 minutes more.

Put off flame and let pressure release itself.Open the lid,mix dal with a laddle.Add dal masala,mix.

Heat ghee in a small pan,add xumin seeds.When crackle add grated garlic,saute for 30 seconds.Add onion and chopped green chilli,fry till golden.Add chopped tomatoe.Cook till soft.

Add to dal.Lasuni palak dal is ready to serve.

Serve wirh hot boiled rice or chapatis.
